Hi there, Iam a group fitness instructor who initially qualified in the early 90's! back then I was teaching a lot of high impact aerobics which is taking a toll on my joints now! I have calmed down a lot and mainly teach body pump, I cant do the running and high imact stuff I used to do and love. I have been looking for something that will give me the same workout without the stress on joints which is why this interests me.
Look forward to hearing from you

I would love to do this as it's different and more about a stronger workout in water.

And sounds exciting as a Fitness Instructor with ETM LEVEL 2 my qualifications are varied.
